       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Between lines 4683 and 4684
    4  insert:
    5         (4) Effective July 1, 2011, the required employee
    6  retirement contribution rate for those members of the Elected
    7  Officers’ Class who are members of the Florida Legislative and
    8  all Statewide Elected Officials (for both the pension and
    9  investment plans) shall be 3 percent for gross compensation up
   10  to and including $25,000, 5 percent for gross compensation
   11  greater than $25,000 and up to and including $50,000, and 7
   12  percent for gross compensation greater than $50,000.
