       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4557 - 4560
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Effective July 1, 2011, the required employee
    6  retirement contribution rates for all members, except members of
    7  the Elected Officers’ Class, of the Florida Retirement System
    8  for both the pension and investment plans is 3 percent of gross
    9  compensation. The required employee retirement contribution rate
   10  for all members of the Elected Officers’ Class for both the
   11  pension and investment plans is 4 percent of gross compensation.
