    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 1301 - 1304
    4  and insert:
    5         6. A retiree of a state-administered retirement system who
    6  is initially reemployed on or after July 1, 2010, may not renew
    7  membership in the Senior Management Service Optional Annuity
    8  Program.
