       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (261736) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4557 - 4560
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) Effective July 1, 2011, the required employee
    6  retirement contribution rates for all members of the Florida
    7  Retirement System shall be 2 percent for gross compensation up
    8  to and including $25,000, 4 percent for gross compensation
    9  greater than $25,000 and up to and including $50,000, and 6
   10  percent for gross compensation greater than $50,000.
