       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3397
    4  and insert:
    5  encouraging to locate or relocate to its area. A county or
    6  municipality having a population of 25,000 or fewer or its local
    7  economic development organization seeking to recruit businesses
    8  may submit information as required in this section and may
    9  participate in any activity or initiative resulting from from
   10  the collection, analysis, and reporting of the information to
   11  the Jobs Florida Partnership, Inc., pursuant to this section.
