       Senator Gaetz moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3507
    4  and insert:
    5  Tourism Marketing. The division shall be known as VISIT Florida.
    6  Jobs Florida Partnership, Inc., may register the fictitious
    7  name, “VISIT Florida” for use in its activities of promoting
    8  Florida as a tourist destination.
