       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3426
    4  and insert:
    5  from the lists submitted. Nominations for advisory council
    6  membership shall include representatives from all geographic
    7  areas of the state, including rural and urban communities. Each
    8  advisory council shall elect a
