       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 3590
    4  and insert:
    5  funding proposals, and staffing of the division. The advisory
    6  council shall make recommendations to promote tourism
    7  opportunities in all areas of this state.
