       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2961 - 2962
    4  and insert:
    5  diversity. Efforts shall be taken to ensure participation from
    6  all geographic areas of the state, including representation from
    7  urban and rual communities.
