The licensee must 7 carry the license, 8 Between lines 164 and 165 9 insert: 10 Section 4. Subsection (1) of section 790.053, Florida 11 Statutes, is amended to read: 12 790.053 Open carrying of weapons.— 13 (1) Except as otherwise provided by law and in subsection (2), 14 it is unlawful for any person to openly carry on or about his or 15 her person any firearm or electric weapon or device, except as 16 provided in s. 790.06(1).
