       The Committee on Environmental Preservation and Conservation
       (Detert) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 19 and 20
    4  insert:
    5         Section 2. Jack Mashburn Marina designated; Department of
    6  Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers.—
    7         (1) The marina commonly referred to as the “boat basin” on
    8  Grand Lagoon at St. Andrews State Park in Bay County is
    9  designated as “Jack Mashburn Marina.”
   10         (2) The Department of Environmental Protection is directed
   11  to erect suitable markers designating Jack Mashburn Marina as
   12  described in subsection (1).

   15         And the title is amended as follows:
   16         Delete line 5
   17  and insert:
   18  
   19         state parks at no charge; designating Jack Mashburn
   20         Marina in Bay County; directing the Department of
   21         Environmental Protection to erect suitable markers;
   22         providing an effective date.
