    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 48 - 50
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 3. The state is exempt from the provisions of s.
    6  588.15, Florida Statutes, with respect to any property within
    7  the state park system that has free-roaming animal populations.
