The Committee on Budget (Siplin) recommended the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Between lines 211 and 212
4 insert:
5 Section 21. Elizabeth G. Means Memorial Boulevard
6 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
7 markers.—
8 (1) That portion of Beaver Street in Duval County between
9 Laura Street and Rushing Street is designated as “Elizabeth G.
10 Means Memorial Boulevard.”
11 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
12 suitable markers designating Elizabeth G. Means Memorial
13 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
14 Section 22. Louise Steward Memorial Boulevard designated;
15 Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
16 (1) That portion of Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard in
17 Duval County between 8th Street and Bay Street is designated as
18 “Louise Steward Memorial Boulevard.”
19 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
20 suitable markers designating Louise Steward Memorial Boulevard
21 as described in subsection (1).
22 Section 23. Isiah J. Williams, III, Memorial Boulevard
23 designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable
24 markers.—
25 (1) That portion of Edgewood Avenue in Duval County between
26 Commonwealth Avenue and Beaver Street is designated as “Isiah J.
27 Williams, III, Memorial Boulevard.”
28 (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
29 suitable markers designating Isiah J. Williams, III, Memorial
30 Boulevard as described in subsection (1).
