       The Committee on Budget (Altman) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 211 and 212
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore Memorial
    6  Highway designated; Department of Transportation to erect
    7  suitable markers.—
    8         (1) That portion of State Road 46 in Brevard County from
    9  U.S. 1 to the Volusia County line is designated as “Harry T. and
   10  Harriette V. Moore Memorial Highway.”
   11         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   12  suitable markers designating Harry T. and Harriette V. Moore
   13  Memorial Highway as described in subsection (1).
