    1                        A bill to be entitled                      
    2         An act relating to road designations; designating
    3         Veterans Memorial Highway in Putnam County; providing
    4         an effective date.

    6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
    7  
    8         Section 1. Veterans Memorial Highway designated; Department
    9  of Transportation to erect suitable markers.—
   10         (1) That portion of State Road 19 in Putnam County between
   11  U.S. Highway 17 (State Road 15) and Carriage Drive in Palatka is
   12  designated as “Veterans Memorial Highway.”
   13         (2) The Department of Transportation is directed to erect
   14  suitable markers designating Veterans Memorial Highway as
   15  described in subsection (1).
   16         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
