       The Committee on Military Affairs, Space, and Domestic Security
       (Storms) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 20
    4  and insert:
    5  Department of Veterans’ Affairs in accordance with s. 295.17, or
    6  the veteran must provide an official letter from the United
    7  States Department of Veterans Affairs or its predecessor stating
    8  the percentage of the veteran’s service-connected disability and
    9  a copy of the veteran’s honorable discharge at the time of
   10  application for a driver’s license or driver’s license renewal;
