| 8 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 9 |

| 10 | Section 1. Subsection (16) of section 847.001, Florida |
| 11 | Statutes, is amended to read: |
| 12 | 847.001 Definitions.-As used in this chapter, the term: |
| 13 | (16) "Sexual conduct" means actual or simulated sexual |
| 14 | intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, sexual bestiality, |
| 15 | masturbation, or sadomasochistic abuse; actual or simulated lewd |
| 16 | exhibition of the genitals; actual or simulated physical contact |
| 17 | with a person's clothed or unclothed genitals, pubic area, |
| 18 | buttocks, or, if such person is a female, breast with the intent |
| 19 | to arouse or gratify the sexual desire of either party; or any |
| 20 | actual or simulated act or conduct which constitutes sexual |
| 21 | battery or simulates that sexual battery is being or will be |
| 22 | committed. A mother's breastfeeding of her baby does not under |
| 23 | any circumstance constitute "sexual conduct." |
| 24 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011. |
