       Senator Dean moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 121 and 122
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. All Department of Transportation or Turnpike
    6  Enterprise projects on lands located within the Peace Creek
    7  Watershed shall be mitigated, to the extent feasible within the
    8  watershed, through the Surface Water Improvement And Management
    9  Program or public or private mitigation banks approved by the
   10  applicable water management district, or by any other form of
   11  mitigation approved by the water management district to mitigate
   12  the transportation project impacts.

   17         Delete line 25
   18  and insert:
   19  
   20         permit; requiring transportation projects located in
