       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 770 - 777
    4  and insert:
    5  distances of the 2011 edition of NFPA 58.
    6         (c) If the department, the Florida Building Commission as
    7  part of the Florida Building Code, and the Office of the State
    8  Fire Marshal as part of the Florida Fire Prevention Code each
    9  adopt the minimum separation distances of the 2011 edition of
   10  NFPA 58 as rules, whether adopted by setting out the minimum
   11  separation distances in the text of the rules or through
   12  incorporation by reference, this subsection is repealed on the
   13  last effective date of such rules.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 53
   18  and insert:
   19         providing that if the Department of Agriculture and
   20         Consumer Services and other state agencies adopt the
   21         minimum separation distances of the NFPA codes, the
   22         rules are repealed by a specified date;
