       Senator Bennett moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 1467
    4  and insert:
    5  part. Amendments or modifications related to the wind resistance
    6  design of buildings and structures within the high-velocity
    7  hurricane zone of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, which are
    8  adopted into an edition of the Florida Building Code, do not
    9  expire and shall be carried forward into the next edition of the
   10  code, subject to modification as provided in this part. If
