       The Committee on Regulated Industries (Wise) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         After line 938
    4  insert:
    5  Any person that advertises, sells, offers, provides,
    6  distributes, or markets a product as hurricane, windstorm, or
    7  impact protection from wind-borne debris without such approval
    8  is subject to an action pursuant to the Florida Deceptive and
    9  Unfair Trade Practices Act under part II of chapter 501 brought
   10  by the enforcing authority as defined in s. 501.203.
