       The Committee on Children, Families, and Elder Affairs (Detert)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 159 and 160
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Effective July 1, 2011, any child in foster
    6  care, 15 years of age to 18 years of age, and any child who was
    7  in foster care at 18 years of age and is not yet 21 years of
    8  age, is eligible for all foster care services until 21 years of
    9  age.

   12  And the title is amended as follows:

   14         Delete line 24
   15  and insert:
   16  
   17         involuntary court-sanctioned residential commitment;
   18         extending eligibility for foster care services from 18
   19         years of age to 21 years of age;
