       Senator Smith moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to House Amendment (844961) 
    2  
    3         Between lines 3507 and 3508
    4  insert:
    5         Section 31. The amendments made by this act to ss. 627.706
    6  627.7074, Florida Statutes, and the accompanying legislative
    7  findings related to those statutes, which affect procedural
    8  rights, do not apply to insurance claims reported to an insurer
    9  before February 1, 2011, but do apply to claims reported to an
   10  insurer on or after that date. Amendments made by this act to
   11  ss. 627.706-627.7074, Florida Statutes, and the accompanying
   12  legislative findings related to those statutes, which affect
   13  substantive rights, apply to claims reported to an insurer on or
   14  after July 1, 2011.
