       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         After line 3011
    4  insert:
    5  A seller that fails to make the disclosures required under this
    6  paragraph commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as
    7  provided in s 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 180 - 182
   12  and insert:
   13         payment; requiring a seller of real property to make
   14         certain disclosures and provide a buyer with a copy of
   15         any inspection reports and certifications; providing
   16         criminal penalties for failing to make such
   17         disclosures; amending s. 627.7074, F.S.;
