       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 657 and 658
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. Subsection (4) of section 627.0613, Florida
    6  Statutes, is repealed.
