    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 2801 - 2835
    4  and insert:
    5         (3) In the event of a loss for which a dwelling or personal
    6  property is insured on the basis of replacement costs, the
    7  insurer shall pay the replacement cost without reservation or
    8  holdback of any depreciation in value, whether or not the
    9  insured replaces or repairs the dwelling or property.
