       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (975732) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 798 - 811
    5  and insert:
    6  than 10 percent for any individual policyholder.
    7         b. Includes in the filing a copy of all of its reinsurance,
    8  liquidity instrument, or line of credit contracts; proof of the
    9  billing or payment for the contracts; and the calculation upon
   10  which the proposed rate change is based demonstrates that the
   11  costs meet the criteria of this section and are not loaded for00
   12  expenses or profit for the insurer making the filing.
   13         c. Includes no other changes to its rates in the filing.
   14         d. Has not implemented a rate increase within the 6 months
   15  immediately preceding the filing.
   16         e. Does not file for a rate increase under any other
   17  paragraph within 6 months after making a filing under this
   18  paragraph.
