       The Committee on Budget (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 1262 - 1340
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 14. Subsection (5) and paragraph (b) of subsection
    6  (8) of section 627.0629, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:
    7         627.0629 Residential property insurance; rate filings.—

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete lines 92 - 111
   12  and insert:
   13         Legislature; amending s. 627.0629, F.S.; conforming
   14         provisions to changes made
