       Senator Fasano moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 2958
    4  and insert:
    5  premium discounts offered with each deductible amount. If a
    6  homeowner suffers structural damage or a catastrophic ground
    7  cover collapse, the insurer must repair such damage or loss.

   10         And the title is amended as follows:
   11         Delete line 183
   12  and insert:
   13         investigation of whether sinkhole activity is present;
   14         expressly providing that the insurer must repair any
   15         damage or loss;
