       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Fasano) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2370 - 2377
    4  and insert:
    5         b. A policy that is nonrenewed by Citizens Property
    6  Insurance Corporation, pursuant to s. 627.351(6), for a policy
    7  that has been assumed by an authorized insurer offering
    8  replacement or renewal coverage to the policyholder.
