       The Committee on Budget (Fasano) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 2705 - 2710
    4  and insert:
    5         (1) Every insurer authorized to transact property
    6  insurance, as described in s. 627.4025, in this state must shall
    7  provide coverage for a catastrophic ground cover collapse. The
    8  insurer may restrict such coverage to the principal building and
    9  other covered structures, as defined in the applicable policy,
   10  but must and shall make available, for an appropriate
