1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to damage to dairy cattle by a dog;
3	repealing ss. 767.05 and 767.07, F.S., relating to
4	liability for damage by a dog to dairy cattle and the
5	construction of liability provisions, respectively;
6	providing an effective date.

8	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:
9
10	Section 1.  Sections 767.05 and 767.07, Florida Statutes,
11	are repealed.
12	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
