| 9 | Department of Community Affairs, the reporting of certain |
| 10 | information by grant recipients to the department, and |
| 11 | rulemaking authority of the department; providing an |
| 12 | effective date. |

| 14 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 15 |

| 16 | Section 1. Sections 163.455, 163.456, 163.457, 163.458, |
| 17 | 163.459, 163.460, 163.461, and 163.462, Florida Statutes, are |
| 18 | repealed. |
| 19 | Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2011. |
