1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to liquor; repealing s. 565.07, F.S.,
3	relating to a prohibition against the processing, sale, or
4	consumption of certain high-proof distilled spirits;
5	providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 565.07, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
