       (Bogdanoff) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete lines 100 - 101
    4  and insert:
    5         (h) The period of an intervening bankruptcy tolls the
    6  expiration period of a tax certificate under s. 197.482 and any
    7  proceeding or process under chapter 197.
