       Senator Wise moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 44
    4  and insert:
    5  distributed pursuant to s. 318.21(1) and (2). All funds remitted
    6  to the Department of Revenue pursuant to s. 318.21(2)(e) and (5)
    7  shall be transmitted monthly to the foundation for use as
    8  provided in subsection (10). All remaining liquid balances of
    9  funds held for investment and reinvestment by the State Board of
   10  Administration for the endowment fund on the effective date of
   11  this act shall be transmitted to the foundation within 60 days
   12  for use as provided in subsection (10). The State Board of

   16         Between lines 16 and 17
   17  insert:
   18         directing liquid balances of such funds held by the
   19         State Board of Administration to be remitted to the
   20         foundation; revising procedures for use of such funds;
   21         removing provisions for investment by the State Board
   22         of Administration;
