    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (683960) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 110 and 111
    5  insert:
    6         Section 3. This act is clarifying and remedial in nature
    7  and does not provide a basis for assessments or refunds of tax
    8  for periods before July 1, 2011. This act does not affect any
    9  lawsuit existing on December 1, 2011, relating to the taxes
   10  imposed by the provisions of law amended by this act.
