       Senator Oelrich moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 44
    4  and insert:
    5  testing. If the individual tests negative for controlled
    6  substances, the department shall increase the amount of the
    7  initial TANF benefit by the amount paid by the individual for
    8  the drug testing. The individual shall be advised that the
    9  required drug
