       Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4         Between lines 116 and 117
    5  insert:
    6         Section 2. Eligibility for Bright Future Scholarships drug
    7  screening program.—The Department of Education shall require a
    8  drug test, consistent with s. 112.0455, Florida Statutes, be
    9  conducted to screen each recipient of a Bright Futures
   10  Scholarship and each immediate family member of the scholarship
   11  recipient’s family. The cost of the drug test shall be the
   12  responsibility of the person receiving the scholarship.
