    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 58 - 60
    4  and insert:
    5         1. Graduates from a massage therapy school that is
    6  accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United
    7  States Department of Education and that maintains an exam
    8  passage rate of 70 percent or higher.
