       The Committee on Community Affairs (Richter) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 93 and 94
    4  insert:
    5         (21) No provision of this section, or any other provision
    6  of state law, waives the immunity of the state or any of its
    7  agencies with regard to claims brought under s. 440.205. Claims
    8  brought against the state or any of its agencies pursuant to s.
    9  440.205 must be brought in compliance with this section.
