       The Committee on Higher Education (Oelrich) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 24
    4  and insert:
    5         (12)(a) The Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College may
    6         Delete line 27
    7  and insert:
    8         services for students enrolled at Santa Fe College. The fee
    9         Delete lines 31 - 32
   10  and insert:
   11  referendum must be held by the student government to approve the
   12  application of the fee.
   13         Delete line 42
   14  and insert:
   15         (17)(a) The Board of Trustees of Santa Fe College may

   31         including students enrolled in workforce education
   32         programs; requiring that revenue from the fee be used
   33         only to provide or improve access to transportation
   34         services; limiting the amount of the fee; providing a
   35         timeframe for a fee increase and implementation of an
   36         increase; requiring that a referendum be held by the
   37         student government to approve the application of
