       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 312 - 333
    4  and insert:
    5         (m) The department shall contract with the Department of
    6  Law Enforcement, through an interagency agreement, to perform
    7  the investigative services for violations of chapter 550,
    8  chapter 551, or chapter 849. The interagency agreement shall
    9  also allow the Department of Law Enforcement to assist in any
   10  background investigations of licensees or applicants for
   11  licenses issued by the department.

   14         And the title is amended as follows:
   15         Delete lines 25 - 26
   16  and insert:
   17         opinions under certain circumstances; requiring the
   18         department to contract with the Department of Law
   19         Enforcement for investigative services;
