       Senator Ring moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Delete lines 275 - 289
    4  and insert:
    5  enforcing chapters 550, 551, and 849.
    6         (j) The department may impose an administrative fine for a
    7  violation under chapter 550, chapter 551, s. 849.086, or s.
    8  849.094 of not more than $1,000 for each count or separate
    9  offense, except as otherwise provided in chapter 550, chapter
   10  551, s. 849.086, or s. 849.094, and may suspend or revoke a
   11  permit, a operating license, or an occupational license for a
   12  violation under chapter 550, chapter 551, s. 849.086, or s.
   13  849.094. All fines imposed and collected under this paragraph
   14  must be deposited with the Chief Financial Officer to the credit
   15  of the General Revenue Fund.
   16         (k) The department shall have full authority and power to
   17  make, adopt, amend, or repeal rules relating to gaming
   18  operations, to enforce and to carry out the provisions of
   19  chapters 550, 551, and 849, and to
