1Representative Drake offered the following:
3     Amendment (with title amendment)
4     Remove lines 64-65 and insert:
5to conduct, on behalf of the department, examinations required
6pursuant to ss. 322.12 and 322.1615 online to applicants for
7Florida Class E learner's driver's licenses. The online testing
8program shall require, prior to administering the examination,
9the applicant's parent, guardian, or other responsible adult who
10meets the requirements of s. 322.09 to provide the third-party
11administrator with his or her driver's license number and an
12affidavit stating that the parent, guardian, or other
13responsible adult is aware of and permits the applicant to take
14the examination online. This subsection does not preclude the
15department from continuing to provide written examinations.
