The Committee on Criminal Justice (Dean) recommended the
following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 132 - 142
4 and insert:
5 detention superintendents, senior juvenile justice detention
6 officers I and II, juvenile justice detention officer
7 supervisors, juvenile justice residential officers, juvenile
8 justice residential officer supervisors I and II, juvenile
9 justice counselors, juvenile justice counselor supervisors,
10 human services counselor administrators, senior human services
11 counselor administrators juvenile detention officers, house
12 parents I and II, house parent supervisors, group treatment
13 leaders, group treatment leader supervisors, rehabilitation
14 therapists, and social services counselors of the Department of
15 Juvenile Justice; the names, home addresses, telephone numbers,
16 and places of employment of spouses and children of such
17 personnel; and the names and locations of schools and day care
18 facilities attended by the children of such personnel are exempt
19 from s. 119.07(1) and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State
20 Constitution, if such personnel of the Department of Juvenile
21 Justice provides a written statement that he or she has made
22 reasonable efforts to protect such information from being
23 accessible through other means available to the public. This
24 sub-subparagraph is subject to the

27 And the title is amended as follows:
28 Delete lines 9 - 13
29 and insert:
30 detention superintendents, juvenile justice detention
31 officers and supervisors, juvenile justice residential
32 officers and supervisors, juvenile justice counselors
33 and supervisors, human service counselor
34 administrators, senior human services counselor
35 administrators, rehabilitation therapists, and social
36 services counselors; requiring a written statement
37 indicating reasonable efforts to protect such
38 information from being accessible through other means
39 available to the public; saving the exemption from
40 repeal
