1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Governor's private secretary;
3	repealing s. 14.03, F.S., relating to the Governor's
4	authority to appoint and commission a private secretary;
5	providing an effective date.

7	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

9	Section 1.  Section 14.03, Florida Statutes, is repealed.
10	Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2011.
