                         the Department of Juvenile Justice to fund jobs for 
Spec App: 1142           at-risk youth in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, 
                         and Saraasota counties.

At the end of existing proviso language, following Specific 
Appropriation 1142, INSERT:

From the funds in Specific Appropriation 1142, $1,000,000 from recurring 
general revenue is provided to continue to develop a pilot program to 
provide jobs to at-risk  youth.  The department shall contract with 
non-profit or faith-based organization that have experience in providing 
services to at-risk youth and community involvement in the counties of 
Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manaatee, and Sarasota.
