The Committee on Budget (Rich) recommended the following amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 078             Appropriates $2,518,905 from the General Revenue 
                         Fund to partially restore reductions to the 
Spec App:  371           Community Care for the Elderly program within the 
                         Department of Elder Affairs.  Reduces $2,518,905 
                         from the General Revenue Fund from the Hospital 
                         Inpatient Services appropriation category within the 
                         Agency for Health Care Administration.
