The Committee on Budget (Negron) recommended the following amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 085             Appropriates $139,000 from the General Revenue Fund 
                         on a recurring basis to the Department of Health for 
Spec App:  434           the Heiken Children's Vision Program in Miami-Dade 
                         county.   Reduces $139,000 from the General Revenue 
                         Fund in the Hospital Inpatient Services 
                         appropriation category within the Agency for Health 
                         Care Administration.
